Thank you for pre-registering your child for one of our holiday camps. Pre-registration guarantees you apriority reservation, but does not constitute a final registration. Here are the essential details to know for the next steps in the process:

1. Confirmation of registration

  • After receiving your pre-registration, our team will contact youwithin 48 to 72 hoursto confirm availability and finalise the registration.
  • Confirmation will be made by phone and/or email. You will then receive all the necessary information regarding the chosen stay.

2. Administrative file

  • To finalise the registration, it will be necessary to provide:

    • A copy of the child's identity card or passport.
    • The recent medical certificate confirming that the child can participate in the proposed activities.
    • The parental authorisations regarding water activities, sports, and excursions.
    • Information on allergies, medical treatments, or special needs.

3. Payment

  • Once the complete file is validated, our team will inform you of thepayment procedure..
  • The payment definitively validates the registration and guarantees your child's place in the chosen camp.

4. Cancellation and modifications

  • Any cancellation or modification after confirmation of registration must be reportedin writingto our agency.
  • The cancellation conditions and any possible refunds will be specified upon confirmation of your registration.

5. Safety and supervision

  • Our stays are supervised by qualified teams, ensuring the safety, well-being, and respect for each child's pace.
  • Each participant is covered by insurance for accidents and civil liability.

6. Communication with families

  • Once the stay has begun, you will be able to follow your child via the contact details provided by the supervisory team.
  • For any emergencies, our general coordinator is available 24/7.
